MediaGaza: Basma for Culture and Arts organizes the event "Your smile is enough for us"

  • Amd / Gaza: Basma Association for Culture and Arts, in cooperation with Studio Dina, organized a party on the occasion of Women's Day, Mother's Day and Spring, under the title "Your smile is enough for us" in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Al-Sammak, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, Mr. Nahed Hanouneh, Executive Director, members of the Board of Directors and a number of influential women in society And among the educators who graduated honorable generations for the country and society. In a speech given by Ahmed Al-Samak, according to a statement issued by the Foundation, a copy of which was provided to “Amad Media”, in which he congratulated the honorable mothers, and congratulated the Palestinian mother, who is an example of sacrifice and struggle in order to achieve success and progress for the sake of raising her children and building her homeland. Advancing a salutation of honor and appreciation to the mothers of the martyrs, prisoners, and the wounded who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the homeland, adding that the month of March is a month of great occasions, due to the coincidence of Mother’s Day and International Women’s Day, which falls on the eighth of the same month, indicating that the celebration held by Basma Association is a symbol of expression Appreciating the mother's role and fulfillment in raising future generations, generation after generation. In her speech, Mrs. Haneen Rizk Al-Sammak, a member of the General Assembly, praised the role of those in charge of organizing the celebration, in appreciation of the role of the mother in preparing honorable models for the homeland and raising a decent generation that adheres to its national constants while preserving its human values. The ceremony included a singing performance and a theatrical performance from the Big Mouth Puppet Theatre, which is produced by the Basma Association for Culture and Arts, and honoring 30 distinguished and creative women who have clear imprints in the service of the local and international community. In conclusion, gifts were distributed to the women in honor of them on the occasion of Women's Day, Mother's Day and Spring, and to celebrate them and their achievements.
